GlyphLoader v1.00 Copyright (c) 1995-96, MegaComm HB ====================================================== This property editor lets you concentrate on designing your program instead of remembering those cryptic glyph filenames. Integrates with Delphi to present you with a grid of glyph pictures to choose from at design time, whenever you edit a glyph property. Also shows the filenames. Easily adjusted zoom factor. Installation ============ Couldn't be simpler, just place GLYPHLOD.DLL either in WINDOWS\SYSTEM or in another directory on your path (DELPHI\BIN perhaps). Place GLYPHLOD.DCU where you have decided to keep downloaded components (or in DELPHI\LIB if you have no dir for downloaded components). When in Delphi, choose Install Components and then Add, and use the browser to find the file GLYPHLOD.DCU. Click OK and then another OK, and Delphi will begin to mangle your hard disk. All done! It is VERY important to place the DLL in an accessible location FIRST, since the GlyphLoader won't run without it! Trying it out ============= Place a component with a Glyph property (TBitBtn, TSpeedButton etc.) on a form, and select its Glyph property. Press the '...' beside it, and then select the Load button. Voilá! Or press the RIGHT mouse button over the component to pop up a menu with commands for loading and saving the glyph. ShareWare ========= This product is neither FreeWare nor Public Domain. It is released under the ShareWare concept, which means that you can try it out for a reasonable time (we suggest 30 days) and then decide whether to register it or stop using it. The ShareWare concept only works when people register the products, of course - we need inspiration for developing things, just like anyone else. The usual legalities applies - there are no warranties, expressed or implied, on this product - neither can we be held responsible for any damage or loss of data caused by this product. Registering =========== When you've tried the product and decided to register, follow the below procedure. The registered version doesn't contain the annoying message that pops up 10% of the time you use the product, and optionally includes source code revealing some of the mysteries surrounding property and component editors. You can register this pack in four ways. Whichever way you do it, the prices are the same, $25 without source and $50 with source. CompuServe SWREG, register #10889 (without source, $25) or #10890 (includes source, $50) Sending check or money order drawn on a Swedish bank Sending cash in an envelope (if you dare and at your own risk) Direct bank transfer, using the below information: Account 8313-9 3.441.335-1 Kristianstads Sparbank Via SwedBank, Stockholm Swift Code SWEDSESS How to contact us: ================== CompuServe: 100777,2775 InterNet: ctiberg@silver.ct.se FidoNet: Christian Tiberg, 2:200/602 Mail: MegaComm HB Att Christian Tiberg Västra Storgatan 67A 291 53 Kristianstad Sweden Phone: +46-44-103435 Fax: +46-44-248874 BBS: +46-44-125230
